安倍首相のオリンピック委員会での発言に、心底驚きました。多くの国民がそう感じたと思います。
 
I was totally appauled when I heard what our Prime Minister had said in the International Olympic Committee meeing, I believe many share the same feeling.

  
「汚染水は0.3平方ｋｍ範囲内で完全にブロックされている」というセリフに唖然、その範囲外で何万ベクレルという魚が見つかっているというのに。
 
"The contamination of the water is blocked within 0.3 square km."　What is he saying while tens of thousands Bq/kg fish have been found outside of this area?
 
 
そしてやはり私が「酷い！」だと思ったのは以下のセリフです。
 
Moreover, what I thought unimaginable was the following line.

 

「健康問題は今までも現在も将来も全く問題ないと約束する」

"There have never been any health hazards and will never be."

 

 

安倍首相、これはいったいどういうことですか？

 

Prime Minister Abe, what do you mean by this?

福島ではすでに甲状腺がんと疑いの子供が43人も出ている！これは通常の発生率からすると100倍以上のものです。

しかも、私が福島のお母さんから聞いた話では、既にリンパに転移した子供たちも複数出ています。

ところが、IAEAとの合意も取り交わしている福島医科大は、甲状腺がんの転移に関しては、なんと一切発表しないと言っています。
 
However, Fukushima Medical University who concluded an agreement with IAEA is not going to report on cancer metastasis of any patients.

２００ｋｍ以上離れた東京でさえ、かなりの汚染があるし、健康障害が出ているのです。

Even in Tokyo, more than 200km away, there is tremendous level of contamination and some have been complaining health hazards.

In the autumn of 2012, the former Swiss Ambassador Mitsuhei Murata directly pleaded, "Please relocate kids from contaminated areas," but Mr. Abe didn't pay any attention.


事故前の2006年には、安倍氏は「原発の津波による電源喪失事故の心配はない」と国会答弁で発言されたそうです。事故発生の責任の一端は、安倍氏にもあるはずです。
 
In 2006, Mr. Abe was questioned in the Parliament whether there was any danger of station-blackout to be caused by Tsunami, and answered, "No problem." The accident was partly caused by Mr. Abe!
 
 
安倍氏の祖父、岸信介氏は先の戦争中、商工大臣だった方でA級戦犯、しかしCIAとの密約により、その後首相になりました。

Prime Minister Abe, your grandfather was the Commerce Minister during World War II and Class A criminal, but through secret negotiations with CIA, he became the Prime Minister. 

戦時中のアジアの方々に対する2000万ともいわれる人々を殺戮した戦時中の日本の大臣が戦後、首相になるなどとはありえない話だと思います。（そうではないですか？アジアの皆さん！）
 
 
I think it is out of question that a person responsible to the death of 20 million Asian people could become the Prime Minister after the war.  (Dear citizens of Asian nations, isn't that so?)
 
岸氏の孫であっても、この国のトップになる資格はないと私は思う。アジアの人々の対する反省の色が全くない安倍氏に関しては特にです。
 
Even his grand son should not be entitled to be the top of this country especially when he does not show much remorse.
 
そしてあのおぞましい731部隊による人体実験に対する反省の色も全くない。７３１と書かれた戦闘機で記念撮影をする神経を本当に疑ってしまいます。
 
Prime Minister,　you haven't even shown any sympathy to the victims of horrendous Unit 731.  It was truly shocking that you unconsciously (?) sat in the fighter with No. 731 with a smile. 



 

今あなたは自国の子供たちに７３１かと見まごうような人体実験を強要して平気でいる。

And now, you are enforcing its own people's childrent to participate in the human experiment as in the case of  Unit 731. 

驚くべきことに、実験に協力している医学者は、７３１の系図に関係のある人々だ。

福島では幼いご兄弟が二人とも白血病になってしまったお母さんが、錯乱状態になったと聞きました。また甲状腺がんがリンパ転移した子を持つお母さんが「もうだめだ」と嘆いていると。
 
In Fukushima, I heard a mother became mentally devastated since her two young sons became leukemia simultaneously.  I heard a cry, "there is no hope..." from a mother whose kid became thyroid cancer with lymph metastasis.

I heard childrens' voices, "We are going to be sick and die, aren't we?"
 
首相のあなたが、健康被害はないと隠し、逆に福島に人々を帰還させている間に。2020年までにすべての福島県民を帰還させ、オリンピックに興じようとしている。このような残酷な話がありますか？
 
While the Prime Minister conceal these people's health hazards and encourage people to go back to Fukushima..not only that, your government intends to return ALL FUKUSHIMA PEOPLE BACK TO THEIR HOMETOWN BY 2020 TO ENJOY OLYMPIC GAMES.  Is there any more cruel story than this?

あなたは去年の国会で「よく勉強したが、従軍慰安婦はいなかったことが判明した」とありえない話をしています。2001年にNHKの戦時性暴力人民法廷の番組を改竄すべく圧力をかけたことも有名です。 

Last year, I heard your statement in the Parliament on TV, "I studied about comfort women a lot and found out that there had been no comfort women."  It is a famous story that Mr. Abe put pressure on NHK to falsify the documentary program on Wartime Sexual Slavery People's Tribunal in 2001.

それなのに、9月26日には、国連演説で、女性の権利の擁護や紛争地での女性への性暴力阻止に努力すると演説。

過去の従軍慰安婦問題へのアジア諸国への謝罪もないのにですか？私は安倍氏に「ふざけるな！」と言いたい。

However, on September 26 UN General Assembly speech, PM Abe said that he will make effort to protect women's right and prevent sexual violence against women in conflict areas.  What?  Without making apologies or compensations to the victims of Japan's past wartime sexual slavery system?  I want to tell him, "Enough of jokes!"
 
私は今ほど、日本国民であることが情けなく、悲しみ、怒っている事はありません。

東電幹部、安倍首相発言を否定　汚染水「制御できてない」
東京電力の山下和彦フェローは１３日の民主党会合で、福島第１原発の汚染水漏れ問題について「今の状態はコントロールできているとは思わない」との認識を示した。
 
A managerial level person in TEPCO, Mr. Kazuhiko Yamashita, said in the meeting of Democratic Party of Japan on September 13, "I do not think the current situation is under control" regarding the contaminated water leak issue at Fukushima Daiichi.
 

　まあ、当然の見解です。ところが、首相から怒られた東電は、次の文章を直ちに発表します。
 
This is quite a natural response.  However, TEPCO, which was alledgely scolded by Prime Minister Abe, immediately released the following statement.

 総理の「コントロールされている」とのご発言は、放射性物質の影響は発電所の港湾内にとどまっており、近海における放射性物質の濃度は、基準濃度をはるかに下回り、継続的な上昇傾向も認められていないということの趣旨だと理解しており、当社としても同じ認識であります。
 
We, TEPCO share the same recognition as the Prime Minister's statement, "Situation is under control" in which we understand the impact of radioactive materials are limited within the port area of Fukushima NPP and the radiation contamination is far below the refernce level and does not show any constant increase in the nearby area.

　本日、汚染水問題に関する当社社員の発言として、「今の状態はコントロールできているとは思わない」との認識を示した、との報道がされております。
Today, there was a media coverage which said that one of our employee showed his recognition saying, "I do not think the current situation is under control."

　当社は、海および陸側の放射性物質の濃度について継続して確認を行っておりますが、汚染水の影響は発電所の港湾内に留まっており、外洋については検出限界値以下または告示濃度を遥かに下回る値であり、継続的な上昇傾向も認められないことを確認いたしております。
 
We have been continuously measuing the radioactive materials in the ocean and on the land, but the contaminated water is limited within the Fukushima NPP port, and the measurement is ND or far below the referene level and there have been no constant increase trend.

　この度の当社社員の発言は、そうした状況を踏まえた上で、汚染水の港湾内への流出や敷地内の貯水タンクからの漏えいなどのトラブルが発生しているという認識について言及したものです。
The said employee's statement is based on this situation and also on the recognition that leakage of contaminated water into the port and problems of leakage from storage tanks have been taking place.  

　なお、このようなトラブルが発生した場合にも、その影響が外洋に及ぶことがないよう対策をしっかりと講じてまいります。
 
Even though such problems occur, we are placing countermeasures so that there will be no effects on the outer ocean.

　当社は、汚染水問題により、広く社会の皆さまにご心配をおかけしている状況であり、国からの指導をいただきながら、これらの状況を改善するよう努めてまいります。
 
Now we are causing concerns among citizens due to this contaminated water issue, but we are making our effort to improve the situation under the guidance of the government.

Here is another comment from Tokyo Governor Mr. Inose

猪瀬知事　汚染水問題で「必ずしもアンダーコントロールではない」
 
Mr. Inose：”Contaminated water is not necessarily under control.”
 
　東京都の猪瀬直樹知事は２０日の定例記者会見で、東京電力福島第１原発の汚染水漏れは必ずしもコントロールされていないとの認識を示した。
 
In the September 20th press conference, Tokyo Governor Mr. Inose showed his recognition that the contaminated water leakage from Fukushima Daiichi is not necessarily under control.
 
 知事は２０２０年五輪招致プレゼンテーションで安倍晋三首相が「状況はコントロールされている」と発言したことをめぐり「今、必ずしもアンダーコントロールではない。だから（首相が）アンダーコントロールになると表明した」と語った。
 
Over the issue of Prime Minister Abe's statement, "the situation is under control," he governor Inose said, "Currently, the situation IS NOT NECESSARILY UNDER CONTROL.  Therefore, the Prime Minister declared that it WILL BE UNDER CONTROL."

　さらに「あの時点では風評もたくさん混ざっていた。政府が実際にお金を出してきちんとやるという意思を示し、いったん解決した」と振り返り「（政府に）国内問題としてこれからやっていただく。本当の解決に向かわないといけない」と強調した。

Governor Inose recalled, "there had been many inclusion of groundless rumors at that time.  So the Prime Minister showed his determination to tackle this issue using some budge, which became the resolution for the time being.  Mr. Inose also emphasized, "I want the government to tackle this issue as the domestic issue.  We need to go toward the true solution."

　演説を見ればわかりますが、首相は「the situation is under control」と言っているわけで、これは未来形でも何でもなく、現在の状況を示します。これを将来の希望と訳したとしたら、落第です。

If you hear the Prime Minister's statement, you can tell that the tense is present in "the situation is under control", not suggesting the future.  If you interpret his words as "a future hope", you will get a "failure" mark at school. 

そして、「影響は港湾内０・３平方キロメートルの範囲内で完全にブロックされている」とのことですが、これももちろんデマ。海洋汚染は下記シミュレーションのように大変深刻な問題(GEOMAR)

And regarding the remark "the impact is thouroughly blocked within the 0.3 square kilometers" is of course a demagogue.  The oceanic contamination is quite serious as shown in the simulation below.

そして、下記の写真を見れば明らかなように５－６号機は港湾内から汚染水を吸引して、外界に放出しつづけている（原子炉内に燃料がありますから当然のこと）

As you can see in the photo below, Fukushima I reactor 5 &6 are using contaminated water for cooling their fuel rods in their reactors from the port area and emit the contaminated water to the outer ocean.

これで、０．３平方キロに制限していると明言したわけですから、その厚顔無恥ぶりは大したもの。ところが、この知識は一夜漬けであることを本日安倍が曝露してしまいました。

Contrary to this fact, Prime Minister Abe clearly stated that the contamination is limited in 0.3 square kilometers.  How shameless can he be?

However, his knowledge was revealed to be the last-minute cramming.

　東京電力福島第１原発の汚染水問題をめぐり、安倍晋三首相が１９日に現地を視察した際、放射性物質による海洋への影響が抑えられていると説明する東電幹部に、「０・３（平方キロ）は（どこか）」と尋ねていたことが２０日、分かった。

Over the contaminated water issue of Fukushima Daiichi, when Prime Minister Abe visited the site on 19th, he  asked TECO managerial staff who was giving explanation, "Where is the 0.3 square kilometer area?"

　首相は東京五輪招致を決めた国際オリンピック委員会（ＩＯＣ）総会で「汚染水の影響は港湾内０・３平方キロの範囲内で完全にブロックされている」と説明していたが、実際の範囲がどの程度か理解しないまま発言していた可能性がある。

The Prime Minister explained at the IOC meeting where the hosting in Tokyo was decided, "The impact of contaminated water is totally blocked withoin the 0.3 square kilometers," but there is possibility that he made such statment without understanding the area.

　安倍首相は東電の小野明所長から放射性物質の海への流出や海中での拡散を防ぐ対策の説明を受けた際に「０・３は？」と質問した。（共同）

Prime Minister Abe asked, "Where is 0.3?" when he received explanation on outflow of radioactive materials and measures to block the dispersement from the director Akira Ono from TEPCO.

さきほど、東京都のオリンピックを推進してきた部署に、電話をしました。
猪瀬、竹田、安倍の言っている、東京の汚染はないし、これからも大丈夫だ、という発言について、
本当に汚染は無いのでしょうか？という質問をしました。
Concerned citizen: I made a phone call to the Tokyo Olympics promotion department in Tokyo Metropolitan Government.  I asked a person, "Is there really no contamination though Mr. Inose, Takeda, and Abe said that there is no contamination in Tokyo and will never be."


回答「東京には汚染はありませんよ」

Answer: There is no contamination in Tokyo.

私「え？？？？？？？？？？あなた今なんていいましたか？？？」

Concerned citizen: What??????????? What did you say now?

回答「ですから、東京には汚染がありませんということです」
Answer: So I am saying, there is no contamination in Tokyo.

私「わかりました、では、これから私がいう事をちゃんと聞いていてください。
まず東京都の江戸川区の河川敷の空間線量を測った”公式”のデータがあります。

Concerned citizen: I see. Then please listen to what I am going to say.  Here is the "official air dose data" of river bank area of Edogawa ward.

そこには、最大空間線量で、0.30μSV/h出ているような場所もあります。
そして、平均値では、除染をする水準の、平均で0.23μSv/hの場所もあります。

The maximum air dose is 0.30μSV/h at some spots.  Even the average is 0.23μSV/h which needs decontamination work.  Are you saying that Edogawa-ward does not belong to Tokyo?

回答「そうです。東京都です」

Answer: Yes, it belongs to Tokyo.

私「では、これを踏まえて、東京に汚染が無いと言えるのでしょうか？」
Concerned citizen: Based on this data, can you say that there is no contamination in Tokyo?

(The next answer was truly an amazing one)
次の回答が驚愕です。

回答「そういうデータがあるのだと思いますが、知事や首相が言っている事が正しいと思います」
A: I guess there is such data, but I believe what the Governor or Prime Minister states are correct.

私「あなた、現実をみる気がありますでしょうか？
幻想の中で、物事論じるのは止めましょう。
事実は認めるが、汚染が無いというのは矛盾してませんかね？」

Concerned Citizen: Do you try to see the reality? Please stop talking about things in your own fantasy.  You admit the fact of the data and say that there is no contamination.  Isn't it contradictory?

回答「ですから、データはそうだと思いますが、汚染は無いです」

A: YES, I THINK THE DATA SAYS SO, BUT THERE IS NO CONTAMINATION.

　ここまで行くともうあっぱれ。見出しではなく、本文を読んでくれとオリンピックでぬけぬけと言い放ったのは安倍首相でしたが、この役人は首相の言葉だけを信じて、中身などどうでもいいと言っているわけです。このような首相、知事、役人に自分の命を預けていいのですか？

The person in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government was just remarkable...Prime Minister Abe audaciously said, "PLEASE READ THE CONTENTS, NOT THE HEADLINE."
And this bureacrat said that the contents did not matter, just believe in words of the Prime Minister.

Are you OK to put our lives at the stake of such Prime Minister, Governor and the bureaucrats?


ところで、この安倍首相、首相になる前にフクシマを訪問(2012.10.2)
By the way, Mr. Abe visited Fukushima before he became the Prime Minister (2012 October 2)

In the same month, he declined the plea by former Swiss Ambassador Murata saying, "Please evacuate kids in Fukushima."
