ワクチンパス反対請願上げた高2学生、今回は教育部長官硬質請願
小児と青少年に対するワクチン接種を強行しているユ・ウンヘ教育部長官の資格剥奪を要求する大統領府請願が上がってきた。
高2ワクチンパス反対の請願をして、なんと40万人に迫る国民的な同意を得た高2学生が、今回は大臣の硬質を要求する請願をあげたのだ。請願をあげてから１週間ですでに３万人に迫る同意を得ている。
ワクチン接種がコロナウイルス予防において特に効果を示さなかったという評価にもかかわらず、防疫当局はむしろ小児と青少年にもワクチンパスを適用するという方針だ。
防疫当局に対する保護者の怒りが空を突く中、今回のユ・ウンヘ長官硬質請願も数日の間にすでに3万人に迫る同意を引き出している。
次は請願専門です。
以前に高2ワクチンパス反対の請願をあげた該当学生本人です。最近、教育部長官がする行動が小中古全学生の両親に大きく信頼を失っているようで、青少年ワクチンパスだけでなくワクチン接種に関してこれよりもひどい政策を広げたいと思って教育部長官資格剥奪を要求しよう2番目の請願文を書くようになりました。
まず、ユ・ウンヘ長官が繰り広げている政策の中で最も誤った政策の一つは「確定者数がいくら増えてまた増えて緊急計画が発動されても無条件に全面登校を維持するという方針」です。現在世界的に見た時、コロナが5次流行級で窓を開いている状況でひたすら全面登校する方法だけを講じている（それだけ対面授業に執着している）国は韓国しかないようです。ところが、最近ではなくても小児青少年確定者数（特に小学生確定者数）が成人確定者数に比べて幾何級数的に急増しているこの状況で緊急計画発動の中でも全面登校だけにこだわるようになれば、全国のほとんどの子供の保護者は自分の子どもが学校に行って、ややコロナに感染して戻ってくるかという不安感を持つしかないと思います。
ユ・ウンヘ長官が繰り広げている最も誤った政策2番目は、以前の請願でも言及したように「青少年ワクチンパス」です。もちろん、数日前、追加防疫対策で青少年防疫パスの導入が保留されたとは言いましたが、これは文字通り保留であり、完全な政策撤回とは言えません。青少年ワクチンパスの導入を保留した代表的な理由が青少年ワクチン接種率減少のためだとしたことがありましたが、この状況でなぜ青少年ワクチン接種率が減少するかに関する本当の理由を知らせてはいけない。接種を積極的に奨励する政策だけを考えている教育部長官はワクチン当たり死んだ10代の学生たち、その中で特に受能を控えてファイザーワクチン接種後死亡した高3学生事件と今回新たに報じられたワクチン接種後24日ぶりに死亡した10代女子学生事件をまったくガードル浮かんでいないようです。
ユ・ウンヘ長官が広げている最も誤った政策最後の3番目は「学校ワクチン訪問接種」です。青少年ワクチンパスを導入するという政策のために大きく批判を受けたばかりではなく、今は安定した前面登校という誤った政策をどうしても実現させるために副作用が得実得られるこの危険なワクチンを学校に直接訪問して学生たちに接種させるというとにかく根拠がなく、言葉にならない政策まで出しました。このような政策こそがワクチン強制接種の代表的な例だと思います。明らかに最近、両親は両親がワクチンを二次まですべて当たったとしても、接種後に副作用を一度でも体験していたり、ニュースを通じてワクチン副作用の実態を目撃した両親たちの立場から自分の大切な子供にまでワクチンを当てると強要すれば当然親の立場では副作用が心配される心に接種を拒否するしかありません。もし、このような学校訪問接種政策のためにもしもワクチン副作用による超中高学生死亡者がたった一人でも追加的に発生することになると、ワクチン副作用被害を免前であった子供の親は、抑止が崩れることになります。
上記と同じ理由で、ユ・ウンヘ長官の教育部長官資格剥奪を強く求めるところです。ありがとうございます。 (請願終了)
一方、学生の両親で構成された市民団体では、教育部と病気庁が小児と青少年を対象に反強制的にワクチンを接種させ、ワクチンパスを強行することを人権蹂躙とみて大々的な反政府集会に乗り出すという方針だ。

The second most erroneous policy that Minister Yoo Eun-hye is implementing is the "Youth Vaccine Pass" as mentioned in the previous petition. The third and last most erroneous policy that Minister Eun-Hye Yoo is implementing is "visiting school vaccinations." 백신패스 반대 청원 올렸던 고2학생, 이번에는 교육부장관 경질 청원
소아와 청소년에 대한 백신 접종을 강행하고 있는 유은혜 교육부 장관의 자격박탈을 요구하는 청와대 청원이 올라왔다.
고2 백신패스 반대 청원을 해서 무려 40만명에 육박하는 국민적인 동의를 얻었던 고2 학생이 이번에는 유 장관의 경질을 요구하는 청원을 올린 것이다. 청원을 올린지 1주일만에 벌써 3만명에 육박하는 동의를 받고 있다.
백신 접종이 코로나 바이러스 예방에 있어 별다른 효과를 보여주지 못했다는 평가에도 불구하고, 방역당국은 오히려 소아와 청소년들에게도 백신패스를 적용한다는 방침이다.
방역당국에 대한 학부모들의 분노가 하늘을 찌르는 가운데, 이번 유은혜 장관 경질 청원도 며칠 사이에 벌써 3만명에 육박하는 동의를 이끌어내고 있다.
다음은 청원 전문이다.
예전에 고2 백신패스 반대 청원을 올린 해당 학생 본인입니다. 최근에 교육부 장관께서 하는 행동이 초중고 전체 학생의 학부모님들에게 크게 신뢰를 잃고 있는 것 같고, 청소년 백신패스 뿐 아니라 백신접종과 관련하여 이보다 더 심한 정책을 펼치고자 하는 것 같아 교육부 장관 자격박탈을 요구하고자 두 번째 청원글을 쓰게 되었습니다.
먼저, 유은혜 장관이 펼치고 있는 정책 중 가장 잘못된 정책 첫 번째는 "확진자수가 아무리 늘어나고 또 늘어나서 비상계획이 발동되어도 무조건 전면등교를 유지하겠다는 방침"입니다. 현재 세계적으로 봤을 때, 코로나가 5차 유행급으로 창궐하고 있는 상황에서 오로지 전면등교하는 방법만을 강구하고 있는(그만큼 대면수업에 집착하고 있는) 국가는 한국밖에 없는 것 같습니다. 그런데, 요즘 안 그래도 소아청소년 확진자 수(특히 초등학생 확진자 수)가 성인 확진자수에 비해 기하급수적으로 급증하고 있는 이 상황에서 비상계획 발동 속에서도 전면등교만을 고집하게 된다면 전국 대부분 자녀의 학부모들은 자신의 자녀가 학교에 갔다가 자칫 코로나에 감염되어 돌아오지는 않을까 하는 불안감을 가질 수밖에 없다고 생각합니다.
유은혜 장관이 펼치고 있는 가장 잘못된 정책 두 번째는 예전 청원에서도 언급했듯이 "청소년 백신패스"입니다. 물론 며칠 전 추가방역대책에서 청소년 방역패스 도입이 보류되었다고는 했지만, 이는 말 그대로 보류일 뿐 완전한 정책 철회라고는 할 수 없습니다. 청소년 백신패스 도입을 보류한 대표적인 이유가 청소년 백신접종률 감소 때문이라고 한 적이 있었는데, 이 상황에서 왜 청소년 백신접종률이 감소하는지에 관한 진짜 이유를 알려고 하지는 못할망정 백신패스를 청소년에게까지 적용시키려고 청소년에게 백신접종을 적극 장려하는 정책만을 생각하고 있는 교육부 장관은 백신 맞고 죽은 10대 학생들, 그 중 특히 수능을 앞두고 화이자 백신 접종 후 사망한 고3 학생 사건과 이번에 새로 보도되었던 백신 접종 후 24일 만에 사망한 10대 여학생 사건을 전혀 거들떠보지도 않고 있는 것 같습니다.
유은혜 장관이 펼치고 있는 가장 잘못된 정책 마지막 세 번째는 바로 "학교 백신 방문접종"입니다. 청소년 백신패스를 도입하겠다는 정책 때문에 크게 비판을 받은 지 얼마 되지도 않아서 이제는 안정적인 전면 등교라는 잘못된 정책을 어떻게 해서든지 실현시키기 위해 부작용이 득실득실거리는 이 위험한 백신을 학교에 직접 방문해서 학생들에게 접종시키겠다는 도저히 근거없고 말도 안 되는 정책까지 내놓았습니다. 이러한 정책이야말로 백신 강제접종의 대표적인 예시라고 생각합니다. 분명 요즘 학부모님들은 부모들이 백신을 2차까지 모두 맞았다고 하더라도, 접종 후 부작용을 한 번이라도 겪어보았거나 뉴스를 통해 백신 부작용의 실태를 목격한 부모님들 입장에서 자신의 소중한 자녀에게까지 백신을 맞히라고 강요한다면 당연히 부모 입장에서는 부작용이 걱정되는 마음에 접종을 거부할 수밖에 없습니다. 만약, 이러한 학교 방문접종 정책 때문에 혹시라도 백신 부작용으로 인한 초중고 학생 사망자가 단 1명이라도 추가적으로 발생하게 된다면 백신 부작용 피해를 면전에서 당한 자녀의 학부모는 억장이 무너지게 될 것입니다.
위와 같은 이유로 유은혜 장관의 교육부 장관 자격박탈을 강력히 요구하는 바입니다. 감사합니다. (청원 끝)
한편 학생 학부모로 구성된 시민단체에서는 교육부와 질병청이 소아와 청소년을 대상으로 반강제적으로 백신을 접종시키고 백신패스를 강행하는 것을 인권유린으로 보고 대대적인 반정부 집회에 나선다는 방침이다.
