歳月が過ぎ、過去の実績と今後の活動意図が総括して評価される。重要性が過小評価されないこの本を読者が手にすれば、現代技術史上最大の惨事であるチェルノブイリの結果を深く理解し評価できる。
この惨事について何千もの本が書かれ、さらに何千も書かれるであろう。しかし、本書はチェルノブイリ文献の中で特別な地位を占めている。それは放射性核種を取り込んだ結果について、Yu.I. バンダジェフスキー教授が公表した新しい研究のおかげである。

85 year old legendry Henoko Gramdmother, Ms. Shimabukuro was carried by an ambulance after each of her finger on the dump truck mirror was taken away by a riot police and fell off to the ground in front of the Camp Shwab where a new US Base is being constructed.  She was at one time unconscious and no police man was trying to protect her when she was falling with her head against the concrete ground, which made her unconscious.  An ambulance was called only by the citizens and police were only taking pictures of her on the ground...this became only a local news and never covered by any national news.

Ms. Yoshiko Uema on the right said, "Women above 65 years old should fight in the frontline at Henoko, since they finished child rearing..."


なんとお二人とも、以下のビデオを収録した後、辺野古新基地問題で機動隊のやりとりで頭を打ち、脳しんとうで救急搬送されていました！！！（ありがたいことに、お二人のけがは軽傷ですみましたが、おふたりとも一時意識を失ったそうです！このような大事なニュースが全国紙に載らないなんて！島袋さんの沖縄タイムズ記事は文末に）


To my surprise, both of them had concussion facing against the mobile police and were carried by the ambulance  late 2014 in front of Camp Shwab where new Henoko US base is to be constructed.


Luckily, their injuries were not serious, but both of them at one time lost their consciouness by hitting their heads!  Amazingly, this news did not become national news and was covered only locally... the article in Okinawa Times is at the end of this page.






3月9日、久々に辺野古のキャンプシュワブ前の座り込みテントに行き、島袋文子さん（85歳、沖縄戦中は15歳）にお昼のお時間にお話を聞きました。


だいたいの内容を記します。


On March 9th, I visited the sit-in tents in front of Camp Shwab near the new Henoko US base and listened to the story by Ms. Fumiko Shimabukuro, 85 year old Okinawan famous grandmother.  Please read the following message to Mr. Abe.

戦前、「朝鮮、台湾、うちなー（沖縄県民の事）」と言われていた。


Before the war was ended, Japanese people used to say, "Korean, Taiwanese, Uchina (local Okinawan people)" 


私たちは同じ人間なのに、差別されてきた。
We have been discriminated though we are the same human beings with Japanese.




しかし沖縄の女性たちは強く闘ってきた。
However, Okinawan women were fighting quite strongly.


女性は強い。子供たちを産み育てねばならないのだから。
Women are strong.  Because they have to give birth to children and to rear the children.




大人は2，3日我慢できるが、子供は違う。
Adults can stand hunger for 2 or 3 days, but children are different.


戦中は山の草木も食べれるものを捜し歩いた。
During war time, we used to look for food in mountains.




腹をすかし、水さえ十分ないなか、お芋、米、砂糖などはすべて日本軍にとられた。
We were all hungry without enough food and even water.  But Japanese army took away all the food such as potatoes, rice and sugar.




わたしたちに残ったのは、ちんくわーと呼ばれる水っぽいかぼちゃを水で煮たものだけ。それでもごちそうだった。
What was left for us was only waterly pumpkin.  We boiled the pumpkin with water, and still it was a feast for us.




ところが日本軍は沖縄県民を殺しこそすれ、守ってはくれなかった。
But Japanese soldiers never protected us though they killed us.




軍は権力を持ち、やりたい邦題。警察も一言もものが言えない。


壕の中では、軍人は一番奥に陣取った。
The army had the power and did all they wanted.  The local police could not say a ward to the army.


Soldiers stayed in deep in the shelter and told mothers with infant children in the shelter.




そして幼子をもつ母親には、「出るか、(泣いている)子供を殺すか、どちらかにせよ」と言われた。
"Mothers and crying children should get out of the shelter, or mothers should kill the children."




子どもを殺せるはずがない。（砲弾が飛び交う中）母子たちは泣く泣く壕を出て行った。
For mothers, it was impossible to kill their own child.  They had no choice but to go out to the outside where shells were attacking like rain.




日本軍は悪いことをしても、悪いことをしたと認めない。
「叩き殺したいくらい」だ。
Japanese army never admitted though they had done horrible things.  I sometimes feel like smashing them until they die.




沖縄に来たカシマという偉い軍人が今も生きているらしい。
彼はこう言ったそうだ。


I heard a man named Kashima (army officer who stationed in Okinawa) is still alive.  I heard that he said,




「日本軍は文明を守り、悪い事はしていない。」
"Japanese army protected our civilization and did not do anything wrong."




彼は久米島で沖縄県民の虐殺を命じた人物である。
He is the very person who order the massive killing of Okinawan local people in Kume Island.




いったい沖縄の人間を何だと思っているのだろう。
What on earth are these people thinking of Okinawan people?




「命の予備」というものはない。
There is no reserve for life.




あろうことか、日本軍は「子供たちを命の盾」にしたのである。
Unbelievably, Japanese soldiers used Okinawa children as shields for protecting their own lives.




子供たちを盾にして、自分たちは逃げたのだ。
They themselves ran away leaving children as human shields.




私は米軍を憎んでいるが、自分が半身大やけどをして捕虜になった時、とりあえず米軍は入院させてくれた。だから私は今生きている。


I hate US military but at least they treated me with burns half of my body at the hospital.  That is why I am alive now.




日本軍だったら、大けがを負った私は、ほっておかれたであろう。
If it was with the Japanese military, me who was heavily injured at the time should have been left alone.




私は日本軍の腐った精神を踏み潰したい！
I really feel like stamping on the rotten spirits of Japanese military!




今の政治家は戦時下がどういうものか、戦争の苦しみを知らない。
Current politicians do not know how it was during the war and do not know the suffering of the people under the wars.



安倍晋三も今、未来世代を権力で踏み潰そうとしている。
Mr. Shinzo Abe is now trying to stamp on the future generations.




しかし私たちは、あの雨のように降る砲弾の中を、生き延びてきた。
However, we survived under the rain of shells.




だから絶対負けたくない。
So we would never want to be defeated.




しかし、今解決の方法がない。
But how?  There is no solution right now.




だから私は安倍首相に言いたい。
Therefore, I would like to have some words with Prime Minister Abe.




私は無学だから、国会議員を通して、安倍首相に手紙を渡したい。
I had received no education, so I would like to pass my letter to Prime Minister Abe through a Diet member.




安倍首相に言う。
I would like to ask Prime Minister Abe.




「国民の命と財産を守る」と言いながら、なぜ人質になった若者たち（後藤さんと湯川さんの事）を殺させた？
You say, "I will protect the lives and properties of our people."


Then, why did you let the young Japanese hostages be killed?




一人の人間も助けられない人間が、どうやって国民の命と財産を守るのか？
How can a person who could not save even a single person's life declare, "I will protect the lives of our people"?




「命を守る」などという言葉を軽々しく使わないでほしい。
Please do not use the word, "I will protect the ｌives" without sense of reality.




（ちなみに島袋さんは、15歳の時、自分も半身おおやけどを負いながら、米軍の病院で安楽死させられそうになっていた目の不自由な重症の母親を自分自身けがを負った背中におぶって逃げた。彼女は生き延び、母親も95歳まで生きたと言う。）


(At the year of 15, Ms. Shimabukuro had burns half of her body due to the attack by the US.  Still she carried her heavily wounded mother who was about to be killed with injection in the US hospital on her injured back and fleed from the hospital to save her.  She managed to survive and her mother also lived until the age of 95 years old.)




沖縄戦でも自分の親兄弟の命も助けられない人々がたくさんいた。
There were many people who could not help their own families.




自分たちの命も危うかった。(注：沖縄戦では全人口40万人の内、4分の1以上に当たる市民が戦死した)


Even their own lives were at risk.
(Note: In the battle of Okinawa, more than the quarter of the Okinawan population were killed.)




命を守るなどと、軽々しくいってほしくない。
I do not want to hear Mr. Abe say, "I will protect the people's lives" irresponsibly.




言葉が軽々しいのだ。現代の人々はお金で生活をしているから。
Politicians' words are too light and almost meaningless.  Maybe because the people living in this age are living with money.




私は鳩山内閣の時も、「話ができないのであれば、私を殺せ！」と機動隊とトラックの前に立ちはだかったことがある。
In the time of Prime Minister Hatoyama's regime, I once stood in front of the riot police and a truck saying, "If you cannot talk with me, just kill me!"




なぜ沖縄が2度も殺されなければならないのか。
I really do not understand why Okinawa should be killed twice.

【名護】新基地建設への反対行動が続く名護市辺野古の米軍キャンプ・シュワブのゲート前で２０日午前、抗議していた市辺野古の島袋文子さん（８５）が県警に排除された拍子に転倒し、市内の病院に搬送された。一時意識を失い、側頭部打撲などの軽傷と診断された。


In the morning of November 20th, Ms. Fumiko Shimabukuro (85) was fell down when she was forced to move by the the Okinawan prefectural police and was carried to a hospital in Nago city.  She was unconscious at one time and diagnosed as having a blow at the temporal region on her head.

　目撃したカメラマンの豊里友行さん（３８）によると、島袋さんは基地内に入ろうとするダンプカーのミラーをつかんで阻止しようとしたが、機動隊員に手をはずされ、その拍子に転倒した。

　強制排除で自身も手を負傷したアルバイトの女性（３１）は「おばあを守るべき警察は、島袋さんが倒れているのに写真を撮っていた。本当にひどい」と悔し涙を流した。


According to the witness cameraman Mr. Tomoyuki Toyosato (38), Ms. Shimabukuro was trying to stop the dump truck which was going into the new Henoko US base by grabbing the front mirror, but the riot police took her hands off the mirror and she fell down to the ground.


A female part-time worker who was also injured at the spot said with tears, "The police should have protected the old lady but instead, they were taking pictures of her lying on the ground.  How inhumane..."

　現場に駆け付けた三宅俊司弁護士は「被害者本人から話を聞き特別公務員暴行陵虐罪で告訴したい。この責任は取らせる」と話した。
Lawyer Toshiji Miyake who dashed to the spot said, "I would like to make an criminal accusation on this case after listening to Ms. Shimabukuro.  I would like to make the person pay some responsibility."
 

　県警は「警察官が転倒させたという事実はない」と否定した上で「女性が転倒したのを機動隊が確認し、テント近くまで運んだ。トラブルやけが人が出ないよう対応している。引き続き安全確保に努める」としている。


The prefectural police denied the allegation of falling her down and said, "A riot police found a woman falling down and they took her to a tent.  The police is acting so that there will be no trouble or injuries.  We will continue to keep safety."

Japanese government urged to obtain release of journalist held by IS

日本政府はイスラム国に拉致された人質の解放をさせよ！

Reporters Without Borders calls on the Japanese government to do everything it can to obtain the release of Kenji Goto, a Japanese freelance journalist under threat of imminent execution by the Jihadi militant group Islamic State.


国境なき記者団は日本政府が、イスラム国によって間もなく処刑されようとしている日本のフリーランスジャーナリストである後藤健二氏を解放させるため、あらゆる手段を講じることを要請する。

In a video posted online on 20 January, IS demanded 200 million dollars in ransom for the release of Goto and Haruna Yukawa, another Japanese citizen, threatening to kill them if the ransom was not paid in 72 hours.


1月20日付けのビデオによれば、イスラム国は後藤氏ともう一人の日本市民である湯川遥菜氏の解放のための身代金として2億ドルが72時間以内に支払わなければ、処刑すると伝えた。




Less than 24 hours is left before the deadline expires.


処刑される時間まで24時間もない。




Goto left Japan on 22 October with the aim of filming IS fighters in Syria and was captured in November while trying to locate Yukawa. According to the Japanese media, he originally met Yukawa a few months before Yukawa was taken hostage in October.


後藤氏は10月22日にシリアにおけるイスラム国戦闘員を撮影するために日本をたち、湯川氏の居所を探している間に11月にとらえられた。日本のメディアによれば、10月に湯川氏が人質となった2，3か月前に湯川氏に出会っていたという。




“We take note of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s pledge to do everything possible to obtain the release of the two hostages,” Reporters Without Borders programme director Lucie Morillon said.

“It is vital that the Japanese government should seek the help of all the ‘strategic’ states in the region and their diplomatic networks. Efforts must be pooled to end Islamic State’s barbaric hostage industry. Following last year’s execution of journalists, we must accept that all options should be envisaged in order to save lives.”

Goto is one of the few freelance journalists to have provided Japanese TV viewers with video footage of the various bloody conflicts under way in the Middle East.




後藤氏は中東で起きている様々な流血を伴う紛争をビデオ撮影して日本のTVに提供してきた数少ないフリーランスジャーナリストの一人である。




Syria is nowadays the world’s most dangerous country for journalists. In August 2012, Mika Yamamoto, a Japanese reporter for the Japan Press agency, was killed in Aleppo while covering fighting between government forces and rebels in the eastern district of Suleiman Al-Halabi.

RSF exhorte le gouvernement japonais à tout mettre en oeuvre pour libérer Kenji Goto menacé d’exécution

Deux Japonais, dont un journaliste freelance, sont retenus par l’organisation de l’Etat islamique, qui menace de les tuer à moins que le gouvernement japonais ne verse une rançon de 200 millions de dollars.

A quelques heures de l’ultimatum, Reporters sans frontières appelle les autorités japonaises à tout mettre en oeuvre pour libérer le journaliste Kenji Goto. Retenu en otage avec Haruna Yukawa depuis novembre dernier, le journaliste avait été capturé alors qu’il tentait de retrouver la trace de ce dernier. Dans une vidéo postée le 20 janvier dernier, le groupe Etat islamique réclame au gouvernement japonais une rançon de 200 millions de dollars versée sous 72 heures. Dans le cas contraire, les deux otages seront tués, affirme le groupe radical.
Kenji Goto, journaliste freelance, avait quitté le Japon le 22 octobre dernier pour se rendre en Syrie et filmer les combattants de l’EI. D’après les médias japonais, le journaliste avait rencontré Haruna Yukawa l’année dernière, quelques mois avant que ce dernier ne soit capturé, en octobre.
“Nous avons pris acte des déclarations du Premier ministre japonais Shinzo Abe, qui a affirmé tout mettre en oeuvre pour aboutir à la libération des otages. Mais il est aussi indispensable que le gouvernement s’appuie sur l’ensemble des Etats ‘stratégiques’ de la région et sur leurs réseaux diplomatiques, déclare Lucie Morillon, directrice des programmes de Reporters sans frontières. Les efforts doivent être mutualisés afin d’en finir avec l’industrie sanglante des otages mise en place par l’Etat islamique. L’exécution de journalistes en 2014 doit nous faire prendre conscience que toutes les options doivent être envisagées pour sauver des vies”.
Kenji Goto était l’un des rares reporters indépendants à apporter aux télévisions japonaises des images des conflits sanglants qui se déroulent au Moyen-Orient.
La Syrie est aujourd’hui le pays le plus dangereux pour les journalistes. Le 20 août 2012, la journaliste japonaise Mika Yamamoto, correspondante pour l’agence de presse japonaise Japan Press,avait trouvé la mort alors qu’elle couvrait les affrontements entre l’armée syrienne et les rebelles dans le quartier de Suleiman Al-Halabi à l’est d’Alep.

高橋さんという大阪の37歳のジャーナリストが決定的な証拠を得たら（注：これについては46歳の前原さんのようです。下に日経の記事とブログを載せました）、某宗教団体の青年部と「よこせ、よこさない」のもみあいになり、「ギャー」と声が聞こえ、7階から投げ落とされ、警察も自殺にしてしまった。
A journalist called Mr. Takahashi (37)＊ said that he obtained uncompromising evidence of the fraud election by MUSASHI, and then young member's assocciation of a certain religious group went into his apartment and demanded to hand in the evidence.

There were some struggles and a shouting voice was heard from the apartment building, and the journalist was thrown out of the 7th floor window.

The police made the case as a suicide.

26日午後１時ごろ、大阪市住吉区苅田４の府営住宅の７階から男性が転落し、約５時間後に搬送先の病院で死亡した。転落した直後に２人組の男が現場から立ち去るのが目撃されており、大阪府警捜査１課は殺人事件の可能性があるとみて、男らの行方を捜している。

Around 1 pm on 26th, a man fell off from the 7th floor of Osaka Prefectural Apartment Complex in Osaka City, and died approximately 5 hours after that in a hospital.  Immediately after he fell off, 2 men were found to have walked away from the site, and Osaka Police Investigation Section 1 is looking for the 2 men who may be related to a possible homicide case.

　同課によると、男性は同市淀川区新北野３の無職、前原政介さん（46）。司法解剖の結果、死因は全身を強く打ったことによる急性外傷性ショックだった。
According to the police, the man was Mr. Masasuke Maehara (46) with no occupation. The result of forensic autopsy showed that he died of acute traumatic shock by hitting his body hard to the ground. 

　通行人が叫び声を聞いて府営住宅を見上げたところ、前原さんが７階廊下の手すりにぶら下がっており、間もなく駐輪場の屋根に落下。別の通行人が、直後に男２人が７階付近から非常階段を下り、駐輪場に止めてあった自転車で走り去るのを目撃した。言い争うような声を聞いた府営住宅の住民もいたという。

A passerby looked up the apartment building to find Mr. Maehara was hanging on the handrail of the 7th floor with his hands, and soon he fell off to the roof of bicycle parking. 

Another passerby saw 2 men coming down the emergency stairways and grabbed their bicycles to run away from the site.

A resident heard some argument.

大阪住吉区の府営住宅７階からの転落殺人事件は安倍カルトの不正選挙の証拠隠滅工作だった！

The murder of a man falling off the 7th floor in the Osaka apartment complex was a manipulation to destruct the evidence from Abe supporting cult group!

Investigation started with suspicion of homicide

He was hanging on the rail of the 7th floor and fell to the roor of bicycle parking

2 men ran away right after Mr. Maehara fell off.

大阪住吉区の府営住宅７階から落とされ殺された前原さんは、リチャード輿水先生のファンで、今回の参議院選挙に行われる不正選挙を暴くための準備を万端に整えていた。デジカメ、ビデオはもちろん、メガネについているマイクロカメラもスパイショップで買い、この不正選挙を楽しみにしていた。そして彼は、選挙の日に投票所に行き、投票箱を見張り、その投票箱を車で追跡し、開票所でも粘った。そして彼は、念願の不正選挙の決定的な証拠をカメラやビデオに収めた。

Mr. Maehara who was a fan of Mr. Richard Koshimizu was forced to fall off from the 7th floor of Osaka apartment complex.  Prior to this, he was well prepared to expose the fraud of the election in the Upper House.  He got equipped with a digital camera, video tape, microcamera embedded in glasses which he purchased at a spy equipment shop, and was looking foward to the upcoming fraud election. 

On the day of the election, he went to the voting site, watched over the ballot box, and followed the ballot boxes and stayed at the ballot counting office.  Then he finally got the evidence of fraud election in his camera and video.

しかし、それを嗅ぎつけたCIA安倍カルトと創価学会暗殺部は、慌てて彼の住む府営住宅７階に向かった。そして彼に「不正選挙の証拠として取ったカメラとビデオをよこさないと殺すぞ！」と脅した。しかし、彼は断固として拒否した。怒り狂った創価学会暗殺部は、彼に対して殴る蹴るを繰り返した。そして、彼の部屋をあさりカメラやビデオを奪い、そして彼を部屋の外に連れ出し、創価学会暗殺部のマニュアルに従って、いつものように７階から彼を放り投げた。

However, when cult member supporting Prime Minister Abe (related to CIA) and Soka Gakkai assacination team who found that out, they dashed to head toward Mr. Maehara's room on the 7th floor of the apartment building.

And they threatened, "We will kill you if you don't pass over the camera and video you captured the evidence of the fraud election!" 

However, Mr. Maehara refused.  The Soka Gakkai assacination team repeatedly bullied him by kicking and punching.  And they searched for the camera and videos and took him out of the room and threw him out of the 7th floor in accordance with the manual of Soka Gakkai assacination team.

あるソースによる近所の人の話によると「この野郎！早く不正選挙の証拠を取ったビデオを渡せよ！」という怒鳴り声の後に、人が壁に叩きつけられる様な音がし、その後「この野郎！早くしないと殺すぞ！」という怒鳴り声がしたという。そして、この近所の人が最後に聞いた叫び声は、７階の手すりにぶら下がっていた男が「あの選挙は不正選挙だった～！」と一言叫んだ後、地面に落ちて行ったという。

According to a source in the neighborhood, after the shout saying, "You son of a bitch! You should pass your video as the evidence of fraud election!" and then there was a sound of a man who was beaten against the wall, followed by another shout, "I will kill you if you don't hurry up"

The last cry the neighboring resident heard was, "That election was a fraud!" from the man who was hanging on the rail of the 7th floor and then he fell to the ground.

Punishment of the Bloggers Not Denied by the Japanese Government


ブログ（簡易ホームページ）で時事評論などする人（ブロガー）が秘密保護法案の対象となり、処罰される可能性について、内閣官房の鈴木良之審議官は、１４日の衆院国家安全保障特別委員会で「個別具体的な状況の判断が必要で一義的に答えるのは困難だ」と述べ、否定しませんでした。
公明、国重徹氏への答弁。


On Nov 14, 2013, Cabinet Office Councilor, Mr. Yoshiyuki Suzuki did not deny the possibility of punishment against bloggers (critics on political matters on blog=simplified webpages) as subjects of Secrecy Protection Law.  In the Special State Security Committee in the Lower House, Mr. Suzuki stated, "It is difficult to provide an uniformed answer due to necessity of judgement on individual case." responding to the question by Diet member Mr. Toru Kunishige from Komei Party.  


鈴木審議官は「ブログが不特定多数の人が閲覧でき、客観的事実を事実として知らせることを内容とし、ブログに記事を掲載している者が継続的に行っている場合には、（秘密保護法案の）『出版または報道に従事する者』に該当する場合がある。」と述べました。


Mr. Suzuki said, "If a blog with objective facts can be read by unlimited number of people and the blogger continues to put his/her articles on the blog, he/she can be fall under the category of those who are engaged in publication or journalism."


行政機関が特定のブロガーを「出版又は報道に従事する者」に該当しないと判断した場合は、処罰対象となることが明らかになりました。


In another word, it was revealed that if the government administration specifies that a certain blogger is not applicable for "those who are engaged in pulication or journalism", he or she could be subject to punishment.
