It was such a sorrow to hear the news about your intention to launch missiles to already devastated Syria. 
 
すでに厄災に見舞われているシリアにミサイルを撃ち込む計画であるという大統領のニュースを聞いて、大変悲しく思っています。

If there are a number of people who have been suffering from chemical weapon's attack, launching missiles will obvisoulsy result in casualities.

化学兵器の攻撃を受けて苦しんでいる人々が数多くいるのならば、ミサイルを撃ち込むことは、明らかにさらなる死傷者を生み出します。

If you target chemical weapon facilities, then the chemical agents could spread the surrounding areas, harming more people.  Accidental bombing would kill further people.  Bombing some infrastructure could paralyze the function of hospitals and distributing daily necessities.

化学兵器工場をターゲットにするなら、化学物質が近隣に飛散し、人々を負傷させるでしょう。
誤爆が発生すれば、さらなる死者が出るでしょう。
破壊されるインフラによっては、病院機能やまた日常品の供給に支障をもたらすでしょう。

Mr. President, please please do not make another mistake.
大統領殿、どうぞ新たな間違いを犯さないでください。

The use of Agent Orange by the US in Vietnam left millions of babies and children suffering from the effects even now.
米国によるベトナムにおけるエージェントオレンジ（枯葉剤）の使用は、今日でも何百万人ものベトナムの子供や赤ちゃんを苦しめています。

The attack on Iraq created so much suffering among innocent people especially children including the effects of depleted uranium.
イラクにおける攻撃は、多くの無辜の人々に苦しみをもたらしました。劣化ウランの影響で特に子供たちにもです。

The attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki still sufferes many survivors including their 2nd and 3rd generation.
広島や長崎への攻撃は、今でも被曝者、および二世や三世にまで苦しみを与えています。


I think it is time for the US to look at the history straight and refrain from cruel actions against people in other nations, and instead truly helping general public, not aiming for profits through military-complex.
今こそ、米国は、歴史を正面から見つめなおし、他国における人々に対する残虐行為から足を洗うべきではないですか？

軍産複合体の利益でなく、真に一般庶民を助けることを目的とするべきではないですか？

In the information age where everybody can have the access to the internet, so many people in the world can be watching what is really going on.

誰もがインターネットにアクセスできるこの情報化の時代、多くの人々が、何が実際に起きているかを見ることができます。

For the sake of the US, yourself and your wife, and your two beautiful daughters, please do not commit a crime against humanity.

米国のためにも、貴方の奥様、美しい二人のお嬢様たち、そしてあなた自身のために、人道に対する犯罪を犯さないでいただきたいと思います。

シリアの件、全く理解不能だ。化学兵器が使われて苦しんでいる人が大勢いるなら、医療チームを派遣することしか考えられない。なぜただでさえ大変な国にミサイル攻撃をするのだろう？意味不明。同じことをされたら？と想像してほしい！

ついでに日本も原発による放射能兵器を使われたと同様の状態だ。
