Taro Yamamoto's election speech with tears, "Those who need to be protected are not protected, Fukushima farmers, children...just voting is not good enough in this living hell. Your serious support is needed if I win this election, otherwise, I will just be smashed."

On October 11, I went to Mr. Taro Yamamoto's, the Upper Counselor's lecture at Okinawa University.

I seriously thought, "Mr. Taro Yamamoto should become the Prime Minister!"

His talk was splendid!

Mr. Yamamoto, the former actor who has more than 20 years of acting career, attracted the audience with role plays in his talk, very simple, funny and never boring.

He is a humble person and talks truth from the eyes of general public.

He never tell a lie.  His talk has spirit in itself.

I even thought that the fact that Mr. Yamamto used to be an actor had a meaning for him to become a leader in future Japan.

I assume there are lots of Asian and the world's citizens who are dissapointed at Japanese politicians.

I myself have been deeply dissapointed by Japanese politicians since I became anti-nuclear power and started doing some activities.

In Japan, nomination deposit of 6 million yen (60 thousand US dollars) should be paied to become the candidate of member of Parliament.  Thus, only those who are rich or of political parties can run for election.

In addition, there are rumors that there have been some manipulation on vote counts in the last election.  Indeed, there were some zero machine counts though there were actually some voters.

However, Mr. Taro Yamamoto overcame this gathering support from the public.

Please do support Mr. Taro Yamamoto, not only domesitically but globally!

If Mr. Yamamoto becomes the leader of Japan, I belive Japan will never annoy the neighboring Asian nations.

There is almost no Japanese politicians who try to save Fukushima kids with tears in his eyes...he will certainly cope with nuclear contamination issue for the world.

I wonder why Japan does not have direct election system for its very leader!  I have a grudge on today's Japan's election system.
(I wonder whether there is any way to alter this.)

He was aware that I was being followed by suspicous people and asked me "Are you OK?"

Dr. Bandazhevsky was also supporting Mr. Taro Yamamoto.

Summary of Lecture by Mr. Taro Yamamoto, MP

I went into show business since I was 16.  At first I became a model in swim pants.  Producing myself, I joked, "This is modern art," while putting a lot of oil on my body.

Soon after, I realized that I couldn't keep doing a series of short performance and seriously wondered which genre would be nice, and I chose acting.  Acting was quite deep.

However, it was no good for show business people to pay attention to social issues, because of 15 second-long TV commercials provided by sponsors.

If you appear on TV commercials, you can earn a yearly earning just by spending one or two days.

Companies control TV.  In film, industry, the situation was the same, which is controlled by Production Comission, sponsored by companies.

Therefore, for people in show business, companies=sponsors=money=God.

I myself was concentrating only on my job and furfing, my hobby.

However, nuclear accident changed my life.

The government said, "There will be no immediate health effect."

I thought, "This line itself is giving the truth!"

The government raised the radiation permissible level from 1mSv to 20mSv, which was 4 times that of Chernobyl enforced relocation.

In area with 5mSv, those under 18 year old cannot enter, eat or drink.  However, children in Fukushima are leading ordinary lives in such area.

(Note: There is relocation option for those living in 1mSv or above in Chernobyl Law, so it is actually 20 times high.  In addition, in case of Chernobyl, heath hazards are continuing for those living in less than 1mSv area, which shows the unit mSv itself does not show the legitimate reference.  For details, please see http://savekidsjapan.blogspot.jp/2013/10/bqmsvicrp-conversion-from-bq-to-msv-is.html)

However, TV does not give us truth.  TEPCO spends 29 billion yen (290 million US dollars) for advertisement every year.  Along with other electric companies, it amounts to 100 billion yen (1billion US dollars) each year.

TV programs are free to watch, which goes with their quality.

(Note: However, NHK, the sold public TV takes as much as 24000 yen-240 US dollars yearly, but it does NOT broadcast true information!  See http://savekidsjapan.blogspot.jp/2013/01/x-sins-of-japanese-media.html)

Newspaper depends on advertisement fee for their 60~70%.

Now a new crisis is approaching to Japan.

That is Secrets Protection Law (Specified Law for Secrets Protection)

If this law gets enacted,

1, Provision of information is to be suspended
2, People in the nation will be subject to surveillance

Let me explain this system.  First, the information subject to become "secret" will be decided by Ministers, or in another word, bureaucrats.

Of course, we cannot be told which information became a secret.

That information can be kept secret for at least 5 years.  If the Cabinet decides, it can be kept secret for the duration of 30 years.

Those who reveal the secret will be sentenced for 10 years in jail.

This means that the government is trying to prevent whistle blowing.

Those who just try to access the secret (such as experts and journalists) will be subject to the above sentence.

Just saying,

"Will you tell me...?" applies to crime of "abet"
"What happened to that information?" applies to crim of "conspiracy"
"That information should be revealed" applies to crime of "instigation"

Japanese politicians are saying, "We will exclude nuclear related information," but who could believe their words?

They specified the scope of subject information to the areas of foreign policy,
self defense,
prevention of terrorism,
prevention of specified harmful activities.

As for self-defense, the information has already been protected since they revised the Self Defence Law in 2001 with panalty imposed on information leakage.

I wonder what else need to be added.

"Japan is a spy paradise nation.  So, let's protect our people from spies."  These are the words of members of parliament, who are the spies themselves.

http://fukushimaworkerslist.blogspot.jp/2013/05/cia.html

(Note: As for the CIA List (need to be confirmed) in Japan with many member of parliament names, please refer to http://fukushimaworkerslist.blogspot.jp/2013/05/cia.html )

Now these member of parliaments are saying, "Let's protect Japan from foreign nations."

Protect Japan from foreign nations?  Are they talking about the country for which Japan is providing the sympathy budge (for military bases)

(Note: Since this lecture was made in Okinawa, with heavily military base burden, the audience was laughing)

In fact already in Japan, there is a situation where people just standing in anti-nuclear demonstration got detained for half a year.

If the Secrets Law gets passed in the Diet, people could be detained without knowing the reasons.

Depriving of freedom of expression is clearly a violation of Constitutions.

Under the Secret Law, there are as many as 600 items underneath, such as consumption tax law, trade law, road traffic law, etc.

This is almost like Public Order and Police Law under the Japanese Empire system during World War II.

And now it seems that Japan is going toward facism.

In fact, Liberal Democratic Party (Note: LDP had been funded by CIA)
is now trying to revise the Constituion and make the Collective Defense Right legal.

Japanese government support the US policy on Iraq and Syria without any discussion, which shows Japan is still a colony of the US.

After Abe regime was born, the first thing they did was to cutback on welfare.

Diregarding people's lives is the characteristics of the current regime.  This applies to the nuclear accident as well.

There are very few people who knows the engire picuture of TPP, but it seems that advisor level personnel of 600 companies are allowed to see the contents.  The entire contents of TPP will be revealed only 4 year after from now.

It seems that Japan as a nation has reduced to be a grand concentration camp.

I myself came to be aware of the true figure of our nation only 2 and half years ago.

I feel very ashamed of myself, who was indifferent to the social issues.

The current Japanese society was established upon indiferent people.

I would like to make up for it.

There are various issues in Japan, but everything starts with information.

If we are deprived of information, we even cannot raise our voice.

We should not take the government information as it is.

When the nuclear accident took place, Japanese government gave the SPEEDI data to the US but concealed it to the Japanese people.

Now they are trying to make the final disposal site of nuclear waste in Minami-Osumi, Kagoshima. (thought not decided)

When I made a lecture in Fukushima University, teachers of the University physically blocked their students to go into the hall of my lecture.

Students are free of interest and have strong sense of justice.  The government is afraid of letting the truth known to the young people.

They are also afraid that the truth being conveyed through music.

One day, when I was doing my activity, somebody called me, "Left winger."

I was like, "What? A left-winger?" In my entire life, this vocabulary had never existed in my conversation, so I was taken aback.

There were others who called me, "Anti-Japan Extreme Left Terrorist."  I thought, their way of naming was as if calling a man, "Dances with Wolves."

In the US, when 9.11 took place, Patriot Act was enacted, and 70,000 blogs were shut down.

If the Secret Law is passed, I am afraid the same kind of thing would happen in Japan.
